What we collect
Only what you type into a form. We use no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies.

Where it is stored
In a SQLite database running on a server owned by Alma Campesina SAS. The data is not sent to third-party services and does not leave that infrastructure. The site’s fonts, images, video and audio are hosted on the same server: your browser contacts no external CDN when loading the page.
Who can see it
Only Alma Campesina SAS staff with administrator credentials. Quote requests are configured so they cannot be read without authentication: the API rejects any anonymous attempt to list or fetch them.
Third parties
The corporate contact form may use Google reCAPTCHA to filter automated submissions. When active, Google receives technical data from your browser under its own privacy policy. The quote form on the home page does not use reCAPTCHA. The social icons in the footer are ordinary links: they load no content from those platforms and do not report your visit until you click.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as they are needed to answer your enquiry and for our commercial records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 you may access, update, correct and delete your personal data, and withdraw your consent to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to us:
